This website has the capability for clients to download images.
Click on the photo above - it is linked to a gallery with 2 photographs to test this option. Follow the instructions to see how Digital Downloading works. Please read though everything below before you start.
- Go to CLIENT AREA, select your GALLERY (album) and enter your password. (Clicking on the photo above bypasses this step.)
- Click on thumbnail image you want and click: Add to CART
- Under Quantity Click: + so that you get: 1
- Click: Return to Website
- Repeat this on all the thumbnails of the images you want. CART on the top right of your screen will tell you how many you have selected.
- Once you have all the images you require selected Click: Proceed to Checkout
- You will now have a list of items in your CART. The total will be $0 for pre-paid shoots. Click: Enter your information
- This is Checkout: Step 1 of 3. This step is set up for me to bill and to send prints to clients. As we are working on a pre-paid shoot and dealing with downloads the only information I need from you is your email address. But the system requires that all fields with a star are filled. It doesn't matter what you type in the rest (I type 'aa') as long as the fields with the stars are filled. (Please note: You need to put a number in the phone field even though there is no star!) Click: Review Digital Licenses
- This step is about the Licensing Agreement for usage of the images you are downloading - for this example I use a very basic Terms of Agreement with a real estate company. Tick: I agree to the above license.... Click: Proceed to Shipping
- This is Checkout: Step 2 of 3. Click: Proceed to Order Confirmation
- This is Checkout: Step 3 of 3 Click: Complete Order
- You will now have a page that says: Thank you for your order. Click: My Downloads and you can download straight away.
- If you are new to this website you will be asked register - which you don't have to do.
- A couple of emails will automatically be sent you notifying about you about your download. This emails are actually in place for when people order prints. And that's it!
NOTE:
- Galleries of private events or commercial shoots will always be found under CLIENT AREA and will require a password.
- Pre-paid shoots have no download fee.
- If the resolution of the image is important to you please inform me before I upload images.
