PHILOSOPHY:
I have shot many interiors and styled hundreds of rooms for a furniture company.
When shooting a house for sale my goal, of course, is to show every room and feature from the best angle.
When the house is furnished I take particular care with small details ensuring wires are hidden, bedspreads are even etc etc. I download my photos onto my laptop at the house so that the owner can preview them and we can double check all is good.
If the weather is bad for shooting the exterior I return when sunny.
When processing photographs I go to great lengths to ensure walls, ceilings and roof lines are at the correct angles.
As with all my work I guarantee client satisfaction and receive payment only when this has been achieved.
EQUIPMENT:
My camera body is a Canon DMarkIII, my wide angle lens is 12-24mm and I use a Manfrotto Tripod. I have a flash head. With this equipment I am able to shoot in dark rooms but I will be buying a portable flash unit shortly.
LOCATION:
I cover from Coffs Harbour to Port Macquarie.
IMAGES:
The Canon DMarkIII is capable of producing billboard size enlargements.
I create a gallery for the photos on my website under CLIENT AREA which is accessible with a password. Images can be downloaded from here at the resolution required. Please go to Digital Download Information to see how easy this is to do.
TIME:
I process the images and have them loaded onto my website within 48 hours. Real Estate agents can know when I am shooting their listing by clicking onto my CALENDAR.
COST:
I charge $280 for this service.
